I'm back in town after a thirteen-hour journey yesterday that involved several hours sitting on the plane in Providence, R.I., to which we'd been diverted because we couldn't land in a storm at JFK. Note to self: stockpile the snacks that JetBlue offers because you never know when you’ll need them. Also, find out why planes can’t serve alcohol while on the ground. What better way to mollify the passengers than to get them lubricated?The rest of the weekend = fabulous.
